The Rules
- Trial tools are available for new customers and/or new applications on standard products. The following conditions apply:
- A Trial Tool Form must be filled out completely and pre-approved by Pioneer. We must agree that the selection is a good fit for the application and has at least a 75% chance of meeting expectations.
- We must know what we are testing against and what our tool is required to do to be a success. Machine condition is also required.
- A "GTO" (Guarantee Trial Order) must be issued from the distributor/customer for tracking purposes.
- Distributor/customer is responsible for shipping and duty charges unless previously agreed upon.
- Trial tools that do not meet the customer expectation must be returned to HPI within 30 days of receipt. An RGA number must be acquired prior to shipping, and a report of usage must accompany the tool.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and duty charges.
