Returns
HPI dba PIONEER reserves the right to refuse any products sent back without a proper Return Goods Authorization.
PIONEER will accept product within 30 days of the original invoice date if the following conditions are met:
- RGA number is acquired from Pioneer Customer Service.
- RGA must be closed within 30 days of issue date if the following conditions are met.
- Material is a standard catalog item.
- Material returned is in Brand New, Resell-able Condition - No Exceptions.
- Material returned is in original packaging and labeling and must be in new condition, if damaged a $5 per item fee will apply.
- 15% Inspection fee is applied to all returns.
- The 15% inspection fee can be waived if a new offsetting order for equal or greater value is placed when the RGA number is issued. Product and Packaging must meet above requirements.
- Previously entered orders cannot be applied as an offsetting order..
Specials, Non-Standard, Non-Catalog items may not be returned for credit.
