Repair Policy

All repairs must be shipped to PIONEER with an RGA number.
The repair will be evaluated and if repairable a quote will be issued and work will be completed after the receipt of the purchase order. PIONEER reserves the right to refuse to repair any item.
Customer is liable for all freight and duty cost to and from PIONEER. If there is no response from the customer within 60 days of receipt of the repair the ownership of the repair will transfer to PIONEER for disposal.
